Terms and Conditions

• You are paying to temporarily replace the title, image, link and text currently displayed in the space reserved for user pages on the main page. This does not entitle you to ownership of any piece of the site itself.
• All sales are final. No refunds will be provided once your site has been published. Time of publication begins once your activation e-mail is sent.
• I make no guarantee on how long your page will display on the main page. It could be up for weeks or it could be replaced minutes after purchase. It all depends on supply and demand. I do guarantee that, unless your page is banned, it will continue to display in the archives for as long as the site is up and your link will remain active (and my aim is to keep the site up indefinitely).
• You are entirely responsible for the content of your page. All user submitted content is property of the submitter. Obscene, illegal, slanderous or pornographic material is prohibited and will be removed promptly. Disparaging material regarding non-public figures will also be removed. Links made to sites containing any of the above will be removed as well. I reserve the right to take down any page, at any time, for any reason.
• You must have legal authority to provide the image, link and text of the page you submit.
• You cannot change the image, text or link once you have submitted them. The page and link will likely be active in the archives for many years, so please be certain your page displays correctly prior to purchase. If you have a strong reason why you need to change the page text, image or link (for example your site no longer exists or there are legal issues surrounding the material, contact me and I'll see what we can work out).
• Images wider then 1000px will not display properly and may be resized.
• Images must be in GIF or JPEG format, and must be no more then 2mb
• Links must be to web pages only and begin with http://
• There may be occasional site downtime for maintenence although I will try to keep this to a minimum.
